Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet launched with 8th Gen Intel Core i7, 3K IPS display

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet was launched in January 2018. The tablet comes with a 13-inches 3K IPS display with a resolution of 3000 pixels by 2000 pixels.

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet is powered by 8th Gen Intel Core i7, with 16GB of RAM. The tablet packs 1TB SSD of internal storage that can be expanded up to 200GB via a micro SD card. The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet packs an 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies.

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet runs Windows 10 and is powered by battery power Up to 9.5 hours. It comes with Intel UHD Graphics 620. It measures 11.45 x 8.24 x 0.24 inches (304 x 226 x 8.9 mm) and weigh 1.9 lbs (820 g), with keyboard: 2.79 lbs (1.27 kg).

Connectivity options include a pair of USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ports, an audio jack, and a microSD card reader. The front camera is a Windows Hello-capable IR sensor (with a physical slider to cover) and the fingerprint sensor has moved from the keyboard to the bezel. LTE-A is available as an add-on option.

The Lenovo Pen Pro has been updated with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity as well as tilt-to-shade and a 30-day battery life. Availability for the updated ThinkPad X1 Tablet is slated for January 2018 with a starting price of $1599
