Verizon Asus ZenPad Z10

The Asus ZenPad Z10 tablet made its début at Verizon October last year, at the time of the launch, the tablet was running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. However, after all this time, the company is definitely updating the Verizon variant of the tablet to 7.0 Nougat.

Verizon is now rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat for Asus ZenPad Z10. The Software Version: V5.4.4 and Android Security Patch Level: 2017-08-01 update is pushed OTA (over the air) in stages and can be captured either via Wi-Fi connection or by Verizon’s mobile network.

Aside from the usual new features and improvements included in Android 7.0 Nougat such as multi-window mode, improved settings navigation, enhanced dose mode, the update also adds the August security patch.

If you own the Asus ZenPad Z10 and purchased it from Verizon, then you should make sure your tablet’s battery is fully charged before starting the software updates.
