It looks like the successor to the Lenovo Vibe P1 is already set for performance testing as we’ve received live images of the phone being shown at a trade show in China earlier this month. And from the images shown we can see that the Vibe P2 will have a full metal body with 5.5 inch screen covered by what looks like a 2.5 D curved glass. Its safe to peg resolution at 1080 x 1920. There is a also a possibility that the physical home button will double as a fingerprint scanner.
Its not certain if the screen will use AMOLED technology but we will not be surprised as that’s the current panel of choice for most chinese OEMs these days.
Previous rumours have suggested that the phone will come with a snapdragon 625 octa core processor clocked at 2GHz paired with 4GB of RAM. Battery is said to be a huge 5000mAh battery packed into a slim 8.5mm body making it 1.4m slimmer than its predecessors.
