The next Galaxy Note has been the topic of rumours these days. From rumours alone, we’ve gathered that the next galaxy Note will be called Note 7 to tally with the galaxy S series nomenclature.
Previous rumours has also revealed alleged specifications of Samsung’s next flagship phone suggesting that the Galaxy Note7 will pack a 5.8″ Super AMOLED screen with 1440p resolution, Snapdragon 823 chipset with 6GB of RAM, a 12MP main snapper, and 64GB or 128GB expandable storage. Naturally, the Note7 will match the S7 with an IP68 certification for water and dust protection.
There is new reports that the “Galaxy Note 7” will come with an iris scanner and apparently that Samsung will be providing their next flagship phone with an iris scanner. This rumour is further stemmed by Zuaba listing showing 20 units o iris scanner imported into India from South Korea by Samsung. If this report is true it will make the “Galaxy Note 7” the most secure phone hardware wise.
Another report seems to squash previous rumours that “galaxy Note 7” will come with Android N out of the box. The rumour vis a leaked image showing the user agent string of Samsung SM-N930A which is purportedly the AT&T version of “Galaxy Note 7” running Android 6.0.1. This might be a disappointment to those who had high hopes of experiencing Google’s upcoming OS in the beastly “Galaxy Note 7”
As usual these are all rumours and has not been confirmed by Samsung officially so take it with a pinch of salt.
